Global Defence Solutions provides fully qualified technical support for the systems and services we supply. Our support staff are qualified ex-defence and commercial technicians conversant with the systems and OEM requirements. Technical competencies are always kept up to date with the advent of new and upgraded systems in accordance with Australian and OEM standards.

Our technical support capability includes:

• FAT and SAT
- Full assistance in factory acceptance tests for systems to be supplied into the Australian market
- Site acceptance tests carried out in conjunction with client requirements, all test resolved to customer satisfaction and regression testing conducted in the shortest possible time frame.

• Call Out Services
GDS offers a full call out service to anywhere in Australia. Our aim always is to get your systems repaired and running to full efficiency in the shortest time frame possible.

• Base Support Services
Our support staff are always available for phone or email support no matter how small your technical or operational problem. We aim to turn around return-to-base items as efficiently as possible. We fully liaise with the OEM at all stages and for items that need to be returned to the manufacturer we keep constant track of shipping and repair/replacement progress keeping the customer in the loop throughout.
