Global Defence Solutions provides end user document writing services.

GDS is committed to delivering user documentation that specifically meets the needs of the customer, but more importantly to the operators and maintainers of the systems we supply and support. Using the experience of our ex-defence service personnel, end user operator, training and maintenance documents are produced in plain speak customised to the users needs, and not in the often hard to follow tech speak, much of which may not be relevant to the end requirements.

The document production process is carried out in full consultation with both the OEM in the first instance and with the customer for the final deliverable versions. This ensures the documents are both accurate and reflect the customers' requirements for operation and training.
