Course Planning
Courses are pre-packaged from OEM system documentation and requirements, then tailored to meet the customer's requirements. GDS offers flexibility in allowing customer input into the course planning phase of any of our supplied systems. Course outlines/plans and course requirements are sent to the customer up to one month before scheduled training dates so the customer can request changes, additions or specialised requirements.

GDS offers certifiable courses that are assessed and quality assured. This ensures GDS offers consistent, quantifiable and comparable lessons from one course to the next. Customer and OEM feedback is always acknowledged and all concerned parties and controlling authorities are kept in the training loop at all times. Concerns and feedback on all lessons are always formally noted and acted upon with feedback being provided to the parties concerned.
