DEPLOYABLE HYGIENE 

Hygiene modules, trailers, platforms and containers are compact, rapidly deployable and easily transportable. They are a practical solution to all your hygiene needs, providing privacy, comfort and protection for your personnel in the field. They are autonomous utilising quiet diesel generators and high efficiency multi liquid fuel burners. The  modules are all designed to minimise the use of water whilst providing high throughput and performance.  They come in a range of configurations to suit your individual requirements. They are transportable on a trailer, on a flat rack or in a container.

HYGIENE TRAILERS

Hygiene trailers are designed to be complete solution to hygiene in the field that are easily transportable. Depending of the configuration they can accommodate 40-150 people in the field. The trailers provide either 4 or 8 private modular cubicles for shower and toilet facilities, as well as handwash facilities.

The trailer is 14m² and elevated off the ground and protected by handrails. The unit can be fully sheltered with four removable PVC tarpaulin walls, which provides comfort and protection from harsh conditions including dust, sand, mud, rain and snow.

The trailers are able to be fully deployed and ready to operate in 30 minutes by two personnel.

The trailers are transportable by flat rack or 2 platforms per 20′ ISO container. They can be moved by forklift, or the option for removable rollers with two ramps and a hook lift ring to allow loading the platform into an ISO container without a forklift. Platforms are transportable by air, sea, on a truck or trailer.

The system is fully autonomous utilising a multi-fuel burner and small diesel generator.

HYGIENE PLATFORMS

Hygiene platforms are designed to provide shower, toilet and handwash facilities for 50 to 150 people in the field, all in one compact and practical unit. The modular cubicles are versatile and can be reconfigured as required, providing flexibility. They are economical, environmentally friendly and the unit is compact and self-contained.

SHOWER PLATFORMS

The shower platform trailers are fully autonomous and are designed to accommodate 150 people in two hours, and can have up to eight shower cubicles and four washbasins installed. Instantaneous production of hot water with precise and adjustable electronic regulation from 35-40 degrees Celsius for comfort and safety. Each shower cubicle contains 3 watertight cabinets for storage of users’ clean and dirty clothing and shoes.

ABLUTIONS PLATFORMS

Dedicated Ablutions platforms are designed to accommodate 50-150 personnel in the field, with six full-service toilet facilities and wash basin with four mixing taps. The platform features effective water management (1 litre per flush) and biological treatment system of the WC waste. The technical area includes high efficiency waste treatment enabling odourless biodegradable sewage, allowing for hygienic disposal of waste

HYGIENE CONTAINERS

The hygiene container is fully contained within a standard ISO 20’ shipping container. The container is designed to accommodate 80 to 200 people and provides both shower and ablutions services in one autonomous container.

The standard configuration includes a combination of 5 toilet cubicles with individual washbasin and 5 shower cubicles. The unit is environmentally friendly with less than 1 litre per flush and utilises a biological treatment system of the WC sewage with crusher to ensure minimal environmental impact.

The unit is also fitted with water saving shower nozzles and its a high efficiency multi liquid fuel burner ensuring hot water production for users.

The unit is completely autonomous with the addition of an air-cooled diesel power generator stored in the technical compartment.

The container is easily deployed in around one hour with only two personnel.
